I am a guitarist and private music instructor based in Bakersfield, CA.
I have been diligently pursuing knowledge of the guitar for over twenty years and teaching for nearly ten. I was fortunate enough to spend four months with the MARFORPAC Band at the end of my service in the United States Marine Corps. It was under their extremely high standards of musicianship that I gained the confidence to put myself into the music industry as a professional.
My main focus since the early 2000’s has been jazz music, but I study and play many genres including blues, classic rock, and R&B. I’m available for booking as a solo jazz guitarist, with my duet Jazzin’ Around, or as a sideman for your band or musical project. I am also seeking to fill some roster openings for students, both in-person and online.
